Join us for an evening of Primary FRCA viva prep, with expert tips on exam technique and practice questions. Tonight we will focus on physics and clinical scenarios- for pharmacology or physiology see night one (Tuesday 23rd April).
We plan for a two hour session, with participants volunteering for the hot seat. We will be ready to get through as many sets of three questions (with appropriately detailed debrief) as we can in the two hours, and whether you learn by watching or if you learn by doing there should be something useful for everyone.
Our evening is hosted by a Pass the Postgrad moderator and two consultant anaesthetists.
Anna is a consultant anaesthetist and will be one of the mock examiners for the evening. She has interests in preoperative medicine and vascular anaesthesia along with medical education.
Martin is a vascular surgery registrar but don't panic, he's not asking (or answering!) any viva questions. As a resident Pass the Postgrad technical wizard he will be hosting the evening and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Charles is a consultant anaesthetist and will be one of the mock examiners for the evening. He has clinical interests in obstetric and anaesthesia for airway surgery, and non clinically in the digital delivery of medical education
